Verified businesses get a free account. You can post one response, dispute specific claims with evidence, and state facts like your hours, clearly labeled as your own statement.

You can't remove, hide, reorder or pay to change anyone's experience. Disputes are shown on the claim, and a moderator decides them in public.

To claim your business, find it with search and choose “Is this your business?” at the bottom of its page. If your email is on the website domain listed for it, you're verified at once; otherwise a moderator checks your evidence.
